CHALLENGE: The organization lacked structured UX testing capabilities, making it difficult to validate solutions and ensure they truly met user needs.
SOLUTION: Created a comprehensive ecosystem with a testing participant pool (300+ recruited), HCI testing and research methods templates, process guides, and a closed community where practice leaders could guide team members.
RESULTS: Within a year, 50% of staff were self-supporting user experience tasks without requiring additional resources, establishing a culture of research-first mentality and improved product adoption.
