  • Led the Salesforce Q-Branch AMER User Experience team of 5-7 contributors, collaborating with SEs across all business verticals to advance priority prospects with innovative, bespoke customer experience ideas, using tools like Figma, Creative Suite, Powerpoint, and Google Slides.
     

  • Identified and delivered increased self-service, templated resources for deals by leading the development of an Experience Cloud-based self-service customer microsites platform and new templated approaches to trailmaps, holodecks, and journey graphic storytelling systems, resulting in assets being used on hundreds of deal opportunities per year.
     

  • Fine-tuned our extended team's business model by introducing facilitated cross-functional project retrospectives for 20+ priority projects, launching the Q-Branch testing network for testing and research support, and beginning a partnership to align HCI thinking with several leaders in our business, leading to improved project outcomes and ongoing collaboration.
     

  • Began the process of training our UI staff on HCI principles and building foundational testing & research skills on the team.
     

  • Supported deals by creating Demo Interaction maps to guide customers through complex live demonstrations, designing and building nearly 70 'Big Bet' Experience Cloud microsites for individual customer opportunities, and developing demo prototypes and Figma-based presentation decks and trailmaps with embedded demo prototypes, resulting in a seamless customer experience.
