CHALLENGE: Needed to create a centralized, user-friendly self-help demo guides builder on Solutions Workspace that would ensure high adoption and return usage, while also consolidating demo scripts to enable future Einstein AI applications.

SOLUTION: Conducted multiple rounds of iterative testing using both prototypes and live versions to identify and address usability issues. Developed A/B assets to test different approaches and interfaces. Built a central repository for demo scripts to prepare for future AI-powered discovery.

RESULTS: Delivered a significantly improved interface that ensured high adoption and return usage, with actionable improvements implemented based on real user feedback. The centralized script repository laid the foundation for applying Einstein AI to accelerate the discovery and delivery of custom demo scripts.
