CHALLENGE: Salesforce was undergoing a massive transformation from a subscription-based to a consumption-based pricing model, requiring a complex internal pricing calculator for Sales personnel that could accurately scope customer needs amid this major monetization shift.
SOLUTION: Led a team to develop both LoFi and HiFi prototypes through multiple iteration rounds. Conducted extensive user testing sessions with a detailed test script, followed by comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results.
RESULTS: Successfully delivered a user-validated pricing calculator that now enables Salesforce sales teams to accurately price and scope Data Cloud opportunities in the new consumption-based model, with implementation now in build mode to be used by all sellers globally.
