CHALLENGE: Requests for bespoke sales microsites for big bet accounts had quickly outpaced available creative and technical resources, creating a bottleneck in the sales process.
SOLUTION: Developed an Experience Cloud-based launchpad with comprehensive enablement documentation and a Slack community to allow for self-service deployment, reducing the need for custom development for each request.
RESULTS: In the first quarter of availability, 49+ microsites were created with 1,279+ page visits, achieved with minimal promotion and limited maintenance support, dramatically scaling the delivery capability.
