CHALLENGE: After a leadership change shifted the Demo Studio's focus from bespoke deal support to scaled demo solutions, the team needed to quickly pivot and establish new offerings for a completely new set of stakeholders.
SOLUTION: Led four peer managers to build consensus on a new Demo Studio Menu of Offerings framework, creating a comprehensive go-to-market plan with individual team offerings and enablement materials.
RESULTS: Successfully transitioned to the new operating model in 6-8 weeks while maintaining a full pipeline, effectively onboarding a new set of stakeholders and ensuring continued team relevance and productivity.
