DESCRIPTION: My team was engaged to test the new Demo Store platform - designed to empower Solution Engineers with easy access to and customization of the latest demo assets. The platform included enhanced features like unified analytics, improved Marketing Cloud integration, and future-proof architecture to support upcoming capabilities like AI data generation and multi-cloud integration. We developed a process, set of goals, and a testing script to engage power users through two phases of testing in beta.
