CHALLENGE: Needed an effective way to visualize ideal customer experiences from awareness through retention for potential clients, helping them see the transformative potential of Salesforce solutions.
SOLUTION: I drove a new approach to visualizing customer journeys called a Holodeck that moved beyond a demo-like Hi-Fi product screen series to a "Vanilla UI" and human-centric storytelling approach such as this win I developed for Tiffany & Co ($400k). We created immersive experiences that visualized customer interactions from awareness through retention. The process typically began with client workshops to document existing customer interactions, pain points, and aspirational opportunities.
RESULTS: This sales motion continues today and has been repeated thousands of times, contributing significantly to Salesforce's 20% year-over-year growth for over a decade by helping secure millions in new business.
