Edward J. Moy, Senior Vice President & General Counsel, Kraft Foods International

Edward J. Moy was appointed Senior Vice President & General Counsel of Kraft Foods International, headquartered in Rye Brook, New York, in 1995. In this role, he has overall responsibility for the legal affairs of Kraft Foods International's businesses.

Mr. Moy served in various legal positions within Kraft Foods, Inc. Prior to this, he was with General Foods Corporation, which was acquired by Philip Morris Companies Inc. in 1985. Combined, his career with these two companies spans over 27 years.

Mr. Moy is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York; U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the American, International and Corporate Bar Associations, as well as the American Corporate Counsel Association (Antitrust and International Law sections).

He earned a L.L.M. degree from the New York University Graduate School of Law and a J.D. degree from Fordham Law School. He holds an A.B. degree from Fordham University. Mr. Moy also completed the Columbia Law School - Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law program.
