Richard R. Floersch, Vice President Human Resources, Kraft Foods International

Richard Floersch was appointed Vice President Human Resources for Kraft Foods International, headquartered in Rye Brook, New York, in 1998.

Prior to this assignment, Mr. Floersch was Vice President Compensation for Philip Morris Corporate, parent company of Kraft Foods, Inc. He had previously served as Vice President Compensation for Kraft Foods North America. He joined the company in human resources with General Foods in 1984.

Before joining General Foods, Mr. Floersch worked in Human Resources Management with International Playtex based in Connecticut and in Human Resources Consulting with Meredith Associates, also based in Connecticut.

Mr. Floersch earned a M.B.A. degree and a B.A. degree, both from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
